All glorious summer long, Plum will be gorging on lobster rolls all over the East End and, by Labor Day, we're going to let you vote for the one you think is the very best.
This week, Turtle Crossing in Amagansett got double-teamed by Plum's Robyn Moreno and Lauren Ezersky. Lobster rolls aren't actually on their menu, but our affable hosts convinced the eatery to create a Southwestern-inspired version of this Hamptons classic just for them.
With chopped celery, sweet Vidalia onion, yellow peppers, cilantro and chipotle mayonnaise, Lauren and Robyn said they "struck gold." But does this lobster roll make YOU want to make a run for the border? Or from it?
