We've been to Bobby Van's in Bridgehampton and the Clamman in Southampton. This week, Plum's Lauren Wingate checks out the lobster roll served at the (cleverly named) Lobster Roll in Amagansett.
Often and affectionately called Lunch (because of the big "Lunch" sign on its roof), the Lobster Roll Restaurant has been a required stop on Napeague Stretch for decades. Their secret lobster roll ingredient? Canadian lobster. Thank goodness for NAFTA!
