All summer long, Plum will be feasting on dozens upon dozens of lobster rolls all over the East End and by Labor Day we're going to let you vote for the one you think is the very best.
This week's competitor is East Hampton Point. And the question on Robyn's mind is can a beautiful view enhance the flavor of a lobster roll? Hmm ... we're not sure about that, but fresh Maine lobster—flown in daily—certainly can.
Throw in a little mayonnaise, celery, salt, pepper and lemon juice and you have the makings of a memorable lobster roll. But will it be memorable enough to be remember when you vote? The jury's out on that one.
