All summer long, Plum will be feasting on dozens upon dozens of lobster rolls all over the East End and by Labor Day we're going to let you vote for the one you think is the very best.
The potential of Alison at the Maidstone Arms was so great we had to send along two hosts to sample their lobster rolls. And what did their taste buds discover?
Well, not only were they treated to a buttered brioche roll but they were also given a break from traditional mayonnaise, as Alison prefers the aioli route.
