This week, Plum's own Nick Leighton popped into The Seafood Shop in Wainscott where he confessed he's never actually had a lobster roll. Ever. Will the Seafood Shop's version of this classic East End dish make him a fan?
Nick prodded owner Colin Mather to give up clues about his top-secret recipe but all he would reveal is that he uses super-fresh lobster, mustard, and a dash of T.L.C. When asked whether or not he was a serious contender in this contest, Mather said, "Based on the numbers we sell ..." 'Nuff said!
