Pisco Sour à la Bar Magic

John Hogan from Bar Magic would make Chileans AND Peruvians happy with his Pisco Sour.

Warning - Do try this at home:

PISCO SOUR
2 oz. Macchu Pisco
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 sugar cube
1 egg white
Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a large shaker and shake vigorously to froth. Fill ¾ of the shaker with ice and shake vigorously again to chill. Strain into a martini glass and add two dashes of bitters on the frothy top for garnish. Mix 'til pretty, sit back and sip!

John, I am trusting you with my Saturday morning brunch. Please don't let me down!

Sean, Good luck with your

Sean, Good luck with your pisco...let me know how it goes! salute
