Historic House Move

On April 14, 2007, six historic houses were moved from Further Lane to their new home in front of East Hampton Town Hall. The move was completed by Guy Davids of Davis Construction and Building Movers from Westhampton Beach. A month later, the 40-acre property they had vacated was sold by Adelaide De Menil to financier Ron Baron for a record $103 million.
