On Saturday, July 26th, we dined and drank at the Wölffer Estate Vineyard with Wolfgang Puck at the fabulous Chefs and Champagne event, hosted by the James Beard Foundation. One of the best soirées of the season, we sampled dishes from more than 35 amazing chefs from around the country and over imbibed on the bubbly from four notable Champagne houses. And since we're renaming the channel Plump TV, we had no choice but to hit the VIP after-party, where there was even more food and drink (which, of course, we couldn't resist).
