Anyone who says there's nothing to do in the Hamptons during the "off season" needs to pay closer attention.

You're up to speed on that if you've been reading our newsletter. And if you haven't been reading it, it means you haven't been receiving it. So here's some initiative for you to sign up.

With Hamptons Restaurant Week coming up, Plum and WordHampton want to give you a chance to sample the fare as exclusively as possible. So if you sign up for our newsletter by April 7th, we'll enter your name in our Night on the Town contest, and if you already signed up before reading this don't worry, you've already entered.

You can win dinner for two at Almond, plus a bottle of wine from Duck Walk Vineyards, transportation all night by East End Limo, and an overnight stay for two at The Baker House 1650.

Runners-up will receive $100 gift certificates from Dockers Waterside Restaurant & Marina, Oasis Waterfront Restaurant & Bar, 75 Main, and Scrimshaw Restaurant.

It's a win-win situation. By signing up you can expect to receive regular updates on the latest news, tips, hot spots, events, recommendations and other inside information from our editors at Plum.

Sign up and win before it's too late. Winners will be notified soon after April 8th.

The Plaza Cafe in Southampton is by far the best Hamptons restaurant. I saw them on Plum TV.
