Some woke Saturday morning to cozy sheets or a hot cup of Joe. Others rolled out of bed to brave 40º water in addition to below-freezing air temperatures. Why? Because it was the 2007 Polar Plunge, and each courageous participant made his/her own contribution to Human Resources of the Hamptons by taking a December dip.
