Quest for the Ultimate Lobster Roll: Fish Farm
Fish Farm may be an unassuming place, but their lobster roll is anything but. At the suggestion of William, one of our favorite viewers, Robyn Moreno stopped by for lunch.
This lobster roll was all in the details. A slice of lemon—that we have yet to see on our quest—added a perfect splash of tang to the roll.
All in all, it measured up quite nicely ... but is it nice enough to win? We shall see.

The Fish Farm has the best lobster rolls. Some places use sea legs & frozen pieces of lobster claws (to say they are using lobster meat). I worked at those places. It's a joke.
I've watched the Fish Farm pick the lobster meat & make the salad. Then a minute later, I was eating a lobster roll. It doesn't get better. There is something about fresh & real lobster meat.
