Summer must be just around the corner—please, ignore today’s weather—and if you haven’t secured your summer rental just yet, there are just a few days left to get one. Seriously. And we’re not exaggerating, here’s a quote:

It’s still February, but Act Now!! Clearly the brokers are feeling no pain.
