Hamptons

U.S. Rep Tim Bishop

United States Representative Tim Bishop is a 12th generation Hamptonite born in Southampton, and a Mariner alum who received his Master's Degree from Long Island University. Before elected to represent New York's 1st District in 2002, he was Provost of Southampton College since 1986. Within his first 5 years in office, the League of Conservation Voters gave Bishop a 100% rating on environmental issues and the National Education Association gave him a 92% rating on education. Needless to say, he's worked hard to make the Hamptons an even better place to live.
