Italian for "crazy," Matto is an Italian lover's paradise, from the market style umbrellas on the patio to the exquisitie Italian specialties and hand-crafted, thin-crust pizzas. The rustic interior and appreciative utilization of candles makes for an inviting and romantic ambiance. Franco Russo, former chef of Saracen, continues to delight the Hamptons.
